If you choose to add them, we also collect your phone number, address, and business information. When you use our platform we collect information about jobs posted, bids submitted, and service completions.

We use your information to operate the HomeJobCal platform, connect homeowners with service providers, send notifications about bids and job status, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Information Shared Between Users
When a homeowner posts a job, their full address is visible to service providers browsing and bidding on jobs. This allows providers to make informed decisions about route efficiency and travel distance. Service provider business name, phone number, and profile information is visible to homeowners reviewing bids.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your information. However no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Third Party Services
We use Google and Facebook for authentication, Google Maps for location services, and Resend for email notifications. These services have their own privacy policies which govern how they handle your data.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. You may update your profile information at any time through your account settings.
